At M Dental, we provide a friendly and professional service within a comfortable and modern environment. Our highly qualified and experienced team offers a huge range of services from routine dental healthcare such as check-ups, cancer screening and restorative work to cosmetic treatments, including tooth whitening and veneers, to help you smile with confidence.

We appreciate that most of our patients lead busy working lives. Therefore, we are here for you early in the morning, late in the evening or even on Saturdays for maximum convenience.

We are very keen on prevention and dental education of our patients to help you improve the condition of your mouth. In addition, we practice minimally invasive dentistry and screen all our patients for oral cancer. Booking + Cancellations Policy
M Dental is dedicated to quality care and exceptional service. We respect the importance of your time and work very hard to schedule appointments that accommodate the busy needs and demands of all our patients. In return, we ask that all our patients make every effort to keep their reserved scheduled dental appointments.

At M Dental we now require our patients to make full payment at the time of booking. This helps avoids unnecessary cancellations and ensures that all patients who need an appointment are given an appointment.

We fully understand that from time to time, last minute difficulties do arise and that you may need to make changes to your appointment. We will always be as accommodating as possible to assist our patients and provide a guarantee that where more than 48 hours notice is given, payments will be refunded or offset against any treatment required.
Where cancellation or rearranging an appointment occurs with less than 48 hours notice no refund or credit will be applied to a future booking.
We require our patients to arrive promptly to their appointments. In case the patients are late for their appointments we may be unable to treat them. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will lose any booking fees paid for that appointment.

How to notify the clinic about cancelling an appointment?
Call us or email us at info@m-dental.co.uk. If notification is recieved with a minimum of 48 hours notice a refund or offset will be made. Given the current climate, and volume of patients needing an appointment, this allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.

We reserve the rights to refuse to see you as a patient at M Dental shall you decide to ignore or fail to comply with our Deposit and Cancellation Charge Policy.
